PRAGMA had it's inaugural meeting in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Supercomputer Center on the campus of the University of California, San Diego . This workshop was sponsored by the National Science Foundation and the San Diego Supercomputer Center. 10 - 12 July 2002

The 2nd PRAGMA Workshop was held on July 10-11, 2002 at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul, Korea.  The official language for presentations at this workshop was English.  It was followed by the GFK2002 Spring Workshop on July 12th, which was held in the same location.  The official language for the GFK2002 presentations was Korean.  A partial list of participants who tentatively planned to attend the 2nd PRAGMA Workshop appears here.   

23-24 January 2003

The 3rd PRAGMA Workshop is scheduled to be held from January 23-24, 2003 in Fukuoka, Japan.  It will be held in conjunction with the Asia-Pacific Advanced Network Consortium (APAN) Meeting.  

4-5  June 2003

The fourth PRAGMA Workshop will be held from June 4-5 in Melbourne, Australia.

October  2003

The 5th PRAGMA meeting is schedule to be held on dates to be determined in Taiwan.
